Return & Refund Policy
At Raen Skin, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to process your return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After this time period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure described below.

Please note:
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be sent back to the designated supplier address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

- We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to:
- Return the original item (if eligible).
- Place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Shipping
At this time, Raen Skin does not provide return shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
