Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how recurring purchases and subscription services work when offered by Raen Skin.


1. Subscription Services

1.1 Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription product from Raen Skin, you agree to the following terms:

  • You authorize recurring charges based on the delivery frequency you select (for example monthly or quarterly).
  • Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at each billing cycle.
  • Each shipment will be billed separately unless a prepaid subscription option is selected.
  • Subscription pricing may change in the future. If this happens, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new price takes effect.
  • All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two billing cycles (2 months). Cancellation requests can be submitted at any time, but they will only take effect after the minimum two-month period has been completed.

1.2 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless they are:

  • cancelled
  • paused
  • modified
  • Renewals will be charged at the current subscription price at the time of renewal.

1.3 Managing Your Subscription

Customers can manage their subscription by contacting our support team.

Changes that can be made include:

  • Skipping an upcoming delivery
  • Changing the delivery frequency
  • Updating your shipping address
  • Updating your payment method
  • Pausing your subscription
  • Cancelling your subscription

1.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Please note:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled after the first two billing cycles have been completed. This means the subscription must remain active for a minimum of two months before cancellation can take effect.
  • Charges that have already been processed cannot be refunded for the current billing period.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and will follow our Return Policy.

1.5 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  1. We will attempt to process the payment again after 3 days.
  2. A second attempt may be made after 5 days.
  3. If payment fails multiple times, the subscription may be paused automatically.

You can update your payment details at any time to resume the subscription.


2. Trial Programs (If Offered)

From time to time, Raen Skin may offer trial or promotional subscription programs.

If such programs are available:

  • The trial terms will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • A payment authorization may be required.
  • If the product is kept beyond the trial period, the full charge will be processed automatically.
  • If returned within the trial window according to the stated instructions, no charge will apply.

Trial programs are not always available.


3. Important Limitations

3.1 Promotional Restrictions

Subscription discounts may not be combined with other promotions or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Minimum subscription periods may apply if specified at checkout.


3.2 Geographic Availability

Subscription services may only be available in certain countries where shipping is supported.

If a shipping address is changed to a location we cannot ship to, the subscription may be cancelled.


3.3 Product Updates

Raen Skin may occasionally:

  • improve product formulations
  • update packaging
  • substitute equivalent products of equal value if necessary

These changes help us maintain product quality and availability.


4. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information
  • Keep your payment details up to date
  • Review subscription details before confirming purchase
  • Monitor your email for subscription-related updates

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to subscription services are subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
